About the role
You'll own backend systems that can't afford to be "mostly working", financial platforms and healthcare infrastructure where fast and fragile isn't an option. If that sounds like pressure, it might not be for you. If it sounds like the actual job, keep reading.
What you'll do
- Architect and build APIs and services in Node.js/Nest.js or .NET and defend the decisions in writing
- Own systems end-to-end, including the 2am page when something breaks
- Write code a stranger could inherit without calling you first
- Mentor through code review, not lectures
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production backend systems at real scale
- Deep Node.js, Nest.js, or .NET experience in enterprise environments
- Strong PostgreSQL design and query optimization instincts
- Comfortable with AWS and containerized deployments
- Financial or healthcare systems experience is a serious advantage
About the role
You'll build the screens enterprise clients stare at for eight hours a day to run their actual operations. Not marketing pages, dense, data-heavy interfaces where a confusing layout costs someone real time and real money.
What you'll do
- Build complex React.js applications in TypeScript, no exceptions
- Own frontend architecture: component systems, state, performance budgets
- Work directly with backend engineers on API contracts, not over a ticket
- Implement real accessibility on dashboards that are actually hard to make accessible
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building complex React.js applications
- TypeScript fluency. This isn't optional here
- Real performance optimization experience: code splitting, Core Web Vitals
- Comfortable with dense data visualization and complex form logic
About the role
A specialist role for someone who's actually built something that processes real money, not a side project, a system someone's business depended on. You'll work on payment infrastructure and banking platforms where compliance is load-bearing, not a checkbox.
What you'll do
- Design payment processing and digital wallet infrastructure
- Build KYC/AML pipelines and integrate with verification providers
- Implement PCI-DSS compliance from the architecture up, not after
- Sit in the room with clients when regulatory questions get hard
What we're looking for
- 4+ years building financial systems in production
- Hands-on PCI-DSS compliance experience
- Payment gateway integration experience (Stripe, Adyen, or similar)
- Solid grasp of KYC/AML regulatory requirements
